DAILY ROUNDS....

While you were watching the Iranian President (insert unpronounceable word here) come to New York to insult gays, Jews and woman and President Bush was cracking up the U.N, here’s what you missed:

  • Jack Bauer is no longer a hero. Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on DUI charges last night in West Hollywood, after allegedly blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08. Apparently the re shots of 24 had really gotten to him, oh I mean re shoots. Since this is the actors second DUI in the past few years, a jail sentence will most likely be mandatory, but since this happened in LA, Sutherland will probably do less then a half an hour in the slammer.

  • The rumors were true. Maya Rudolph will will not be returning to Saturday Night Live. Rudolph, one of the three lone women on the late night skit show, let producers at NBC know only 5 days before the program’s season premiere (this Saturday with LeBron James & Kanye West). The remainder of the ’06 – ’07 case will be returning and no word if any supporting players have been added on. Of course, NBC will not say why she has departed, but that they only wish her the best.
  • Speaking of Kanye West, he reported to Wendy Williams on her Vh1 show that he is the number one human being in the music industry.

  • And on the topic of idiots, Bill O'Reilly is still a nimrod and apparently a racist. and the jury is still deliberating on whether Phil Spector is guilty of murder.
  • Hopefully Dane Cook has some original moves. The comedian got friendly with a lady and of course it leaked onto the internet.

  • And in pregnancy news: Salma Hayek had a baby girl, Charlotte Church had a baby girl and Nicole Richie boils her unborn.

    ENJOY!
